We warned her last time we had suspisions. Now we think she's doing it again. Would it be okay to secretly film her and put it on the internet? After all, she's defrauding us out of wages, and she's got a great body.

I think it's a fine idea to film her. I have agree with others who have answered & say it's probably not cool to put it on the internet. YET. Use it to blackmail her, demand free babysitting, and if she doesn't agree, THEN put it on the internet.

Gives her fair warning.

EDIT: Mr. Eck, I like the way your mind works!

Hang about! When you and your husband/partner have sex do you employ a babysitter in case anything happens while you're 'at it?' You may not like the idea, but she's hardly 'defrauding us out of wages.' Secretly filming her and putting it on the Internet is a really bad idea. How old is she? You could be up for distributing pornography. The last bit of your question sounds like jealousy. But I don't suppose you employ her when you're off on a 'girls' night out' and hubby is at home.(?)
You could, of course change your babysitter.

Secretly filming something like that could get you locked up. Nevermind the fact that you mentioned that she has a great body so you wouldn't be filming her with the intention of catching her. Besides, it's against the law.
1. "pretend" like you are going out.
2. Park somewhere that she can't see you and watch your house for the boyfriend to show up.
3. Then come home unexpectedly to catch them.
4. You could request that the boyfriend not come over when she is watching your children. If she should violate that rule then you should find another sitter for your kid(s).

You are an idiot. She isn't defrauding you out of wages since she is STILL BABYSITTING your children. Obviously it is perfectly acceptable to secretly film someone having sex and put it on the internet... if you're a complete scumbag. Get a life and grow up. YOU are the reason we need parenting-acceptability testing for children.

simple solution is get another sitter, i would not go down the "filming her and putting it on the Internet" route, she is not defrauding you out of wages as she is there should your children need her, as for the comment about her having a great body id look behind the reasons you want to film her for showing her up or your own secret pleasures.

I would seriously suggest that you hire somebody from an agency whom has been put through all of the relevant checks and is qualified better to take care of your children in your absence. While she is doing this, your babysitter is neglecting your offspring which is unacceptable.

Going to an agency of course doesn't guarantee that they will not do irresponsible things when your back is turned but it does mean that legally you have somebody to blame and hold accountable for it.

Perhaps you have a family member or friend who is prepared to do the babysitting for you, somebody you can trust and know better?

If this is a serious question you need to sit down and think about what you just said, and if you think it's something that is ok to do, you should go to the nearest mental health hospital because it's wrong to exploit someone like that... and illegal. If you're serious, don't record her, fire her. You're not being a good parent if you're suspicious your babysitter is exposing your children to that and you still won't fire her.

This has a simple solution. She is employed to care for your children in your absence. You are not comfortable with what you think she may be doing. Just tell her you've become uncomfortable with the situation and therefore, you will not be having her sit with the children again. Wish her well. Wave goodbye!

She is being payed to watch you child. Not to have sex with anyone. I would secretly film her. It's your home, you can do what ever you want to. If she is doing nothing wrong,OK. But if she is doing what you think she is,you will have proof. If so,show her and then destroy the tape. You might give it to her. She has no business having her boyfriend over anyway!

Catching her is one thing but putting it on the net your asking for a huge lawsuit. I really hope she is not a minor. If you feel like your being defrauded then find a new sitter.
