Sorry to inform you but no one. Postures are only for bodily health. Pranayama - or breathing can pacify the stressed mind but the complete relaxation comes from mantra meditation. Doing mantra yoga effects the waves of the brain namely, the alpha waves become prominent and than one experience peace of mind soberness, clarity. Concentration and memory increase are also some effects of mantra meditation yoga. So, according to the Vedas the power of all the mantras are within the Hare Krishna mantra.

I am not sure of the name but it works great. You lay on your back with a pillow under the middle of your back and stretch your arms out to the side, relax, close your eyes and breath deeply for several minutes. It kind of opens everything up and is very stress relieving

I think the child's pose is great. Not only does it release stress (at least it does for me) but it releases tension in the neck and lower back.
