my girlfriend and I gained weight since our relationship started. she gained over 50 pounds and I gained over 60 pounds! she is 5'11" and weighs 185 pounds and I'm 6'2" tall and weigh 235 pounds. we were both skinny and unhappy. she was a recovering anorexic when I met her. I learned how to cook and we started eating big meals together whenever we could and the weight started to pack on. we both now love to eat.she went from a size 2 to a size14/16 in about a year and a half! my so called friends hassle me about having a fat girlfriend. they call her "buttgirl","miss pizza queen",etc. they even started making fun of me too:( every inch of her is beautiful in my eyes. seeing her whenever she's wearing nothing but a tight tank top and her hanes her way size 8 hi-cut panties is a major turn-on to me!! she tells me that I still look sexy to her even with a big belly and big butt.

@ 5"11 adn 185 pounds thats not fat.. she's proportionate cause of her height.. as long as u like her and as long as she's happy w/herself then i wouldn't care what my friends say.. but i'd let them know there r boundaries that u shouldn't cross and i'd say ur gf's weight is one of them.. let them know..

That's fabulous! You guys have a real love that doesn't have anything to do with how you look, it's all about your connection. That is what we are all looking for. And this is probably the healthiest & happiest she has been in a long time. I'd say you don't have very good friends or they are very young & immature. Screw em and live happy!

Dont listen to themm they are just insecrue in their own lives, If you are happy and fat then be that way. I have noticed i gained weight as well with my relationship, and i knwo exactly what you mean, i am going through the same stuff, all ya gotta do is just say hey, your happy, she is happy, then hell yea, you both are happy, enjoy it. others put you down to feel better about themselves

who cares about what your friends say, you love her & you think she is gorgeous that is what matters! they arent real or true friends if they make fun of you or someone you love, because real friends just want to see ppl they care about being happy, not be the cause of their unhappiness! you just keep doing what your doing as long as you & your girl are content! im also really proud that you helped her get over anorexia, that is amazing, good luck in the future & just remember, those who bring you down, arent any where near your true friends.

whatever floats your boat, as long as you're happy. Although, hitting up the gym might not be such a bad idea a couple times a week.

dump your friends ... sounds like you have a healthy relationship ... but don't gain too much weight ... you don't want to be grossly overweight to the point your health is in jeopardy.

As long as you two are happy - what does it matter what others say? Just be careful about your health!
