Only water weight. The muscles get warm, and relax, so, yes, just for relaxing.

Yes...sitting in a sauna causes your body to sweat, resulting in loss of weight. The longer you sit in a sauna the more weight you lose.

Yes, but you mostly lose water weight which will return after drinking water. To lose weight more effectively try to exercise before you go into sauna.

It makes you loose weight in the short term because of the water loss through sweating. It just relaxes you and cleans out your pores.

Sitting in a sauna heat you up completely, right? You sweat away the pounds... But you won't lose 20kg in one session though...

first it makes you relax, cause of the heating, sweating and circulation. Second, it does make you lose weight for that moment due to lose of body fluid, but, after you replenish it, you are back to your normal weight.

It can since it makes you sweat, but you will not lose a lot of weight if you are not doing other things with it such as eating right and excercising.
