Lately when he blows his nose; pieces of flesh and blood has been coming out; last night he blew his nose and a piece of flesh (skin) can out as big as your thumb; what could be happing to him?

Are you sure it was actually flesh?! Eek! If it was that big, then how can he have any nares left??!! There isn't that much flesh in anyone's nose---it's mostly cartilage.
Bleeding from the nose can be from about a gazillion things. I will try to not think the worst, & suspect cocaine, although that does sound like a legitimate concern.
I would tend to agree w/ the first answer....mucous. It can be thick enough to resemble skin.
Does he have allergies?
I vote for getting him to a doctor.

i would not hesitate at all to go to a doctor immediately!!! it may be some form of infection that is eating away at the inside of his nose. it may just be something like a severe nose bleed that the blood has clotted and when he blows it out, it may be tearing some flesh off with it. i'm not a dr. tho but i suggest that you see one immediately to make sure it's nothing serious.

hes probably taking drugs (like snorting coke) and it created an ulcer in his nose so when he blows his nose the pieces of flesh comes out. cuase its rotting

Well, you would know if he snorts dope (or anything else) because I sure don't. Chronic use in this manner can cause lots of problems in the nasal cavity. But whether he's clean or not, he needs to see his health care provider. This is not a normal condition.

Coke could be an issue, it also could be a severe sinus infection. Actually, could be a few other things too. Have him see a doctor. If it's the coke - have him get help because from what you described it is severe.

It could be his nose if getting eaten away from the cocaine. Tell him to stop snorting and he will be fine.
