DO NOT BOIL PORK CHOPS, are you insane, if you value the deliciouse taste of pork at all you will never boil a porkchop unless you are making a stock, then use a bone and a liver, not a chop, OH 'BROILED' i misread, then coat it in a bit of salt and wine and butter and broil until the butter is saoked into the meat ant it is cooked through

Dampen pork chops (I use loin)
Season with salt & pepper
Broil for 10 minutes, turn and broil another 8 to 10 or until juices are clear (no pink!)
top each with one with a canned Alberta peach and a pat of butter. Broil until butter melts and browns.
Serve with double baked potatoes, green salad and a fresh merlot.

If you broil them, they have to be thick not those anemic ones in the supermarket. Go to a butcher and buy them. Rub with a little oil. Season with salt and pepper. Broil under high heat until medium rare. Don't over cook them. Serve with homemade applesauce. None of that jar stuff. (Two Rome apples peeled and diced, a little water, a pinch of cinnamon. Cook over low heat until apples soften and mash with potato masher. Cool in freezer for 10 minutes.)

Apples, Raisins and Brown sugar. Soak the raisins in a little apple juice till plump, mix with the chopped apple and a little of the apple juice and brown sugar. Adjust the amounts for your service size. For 4 pork shops, 2-3 apples and 1/4 cup raisins and 1/4 cup juice should do it, with 2 tablespoons brown sugar.
Broil with apple juice and brown sugar, put the apple mixture on in the last 8 minutes.

I just salt and pepper them with fresh cracked pepper and throw them on a very very hot grill until medium rare to medium. About 3 minutes a side. (Get thick ones) That's it.....
Try the food network website. They have recipes and they are often tested and rated by users. Lots of good ones there.

honey, season the porkchops but don't use any salt. put them bad boys in a baking dish and add a can of campbells mushroom soup. (it has plenty of salt all by itself!). Bake em slowly...like 350 for a couple of hours if they are thick. make some rice and greenbeans and a side of cornbread...now go smack ya momma!!! (use the sauce to cover your rice and add a little parsley on top for color)

Season pork chops with seasoned salt, garlic powder, onion powder and Worcestershire sauce. Jab chop with fork all over so seasoning will seep inside. Broil til done.
(I do the same with my sirloin steaks too)
