men prefer for women to wear nothing I am gathering. They are uncomfortable!!!! It is a huge wedgie!!!!!

lol that is basically all that it is but when u get used to wearing them a lot they are actually a lot more comfortable than granny panties and some women dont even wear them to impress men some just wear them cause it makes them feel sexy to themselves and it actually feels a lot less restricting than any other kind of underwear,

No, no health issue. We just don't like our underwear to be visible through our pants. Once we get used to them they don't feel like wedgies, if anything, regular underwear feels like a wedgie.
