Finally, a question that I would seriously like to know the answer to.

If you're talking about Christians, then I don't think we do belitte the beliefs of non-God believers--it's usually the other way around, in my experience.

On the other hand, I once really came down a fellow who said he was convinced there was no God because we had learned how to fly.

I found that absurd. It was like saying that because there are discernible laws of nature which are orderly and we can therefore use to our benefit rationally,I am convinced that there is no rational being behind these laws.

Maybe that was belittling his view.

But as for belittling those who don't believe in Christ, I rather fear for their souls than belittle them.

A true soul of God will not belittle anyone or anything.
Any souls that are not of God will be sent to hell.

Depends on what the belief is and the manner of belittling, I guess.

I think that God thinks them rather vain. That they think they are better suited than God to determine how others be judged. As if they have so little faith that their Lord will make the right decisions, so they need to start raging against all who don't believe as they do on earth, rather than allow God to do his job when, and as God sees fit.
Isn't vanity a sin?
Hmmmm..........

The Same "Damn" thing.

One of the purposes of true 'Believers' is to very lovingly expound the virtues of their True "God" and by doing so win over "non-God believers" with "GOD-liness" and not by belittle-ing.

Not much, a believer is an accusation made flesh. Look at him, all happy, and forgiving! Who could stand it, even if he stood silent, his sense of confidence and serenity are a challenge!

Righteous Able...
