If you aren't buying it through a dealership as a certified pre-owned car, you may want to get a CarFax history report (it will tell you if the car was ever in a major accident and what kind of repairs were done to restore it). http://www.carfax.com

You should also ask if you can take it to your mechanic to have them give it a look over first to make certain there aren't any mechanical issues with the car that require repair.

Yes, that is a good deal, if nothing is wrong with it. But I wonder why they are selling a Honda for that if something isn't wrong with it. If I were you, I would get a mechanic or a friend who has some knowledge of cars to thorougly look at it to make sure there isn't some internal damage.
