I'm from california, and many people drive. I don't have a gf, but if i did and we had dates or seomthing I would like to us to go by bus or something even if i have a license and i know how to drive. But i just don't like driving very much. However, i know in this society and culture of hours, many people equate DRIVING with maturity.. so i'm kind of sure they would think i'm stupid if i didn't like to drive. What do you say?
When i was another place, most girls always talked about how in the weekends they "Drive" to Northern california...so much talk about driving. it's like the norm here , but i just don't like to drive very much.

Public transportation is awesome in California. We are in the SF Bay and take BART everywhere. Only time I drive is to work - or - grocery shopping if buying a lot.
A first date - yes- drive. But have to discuss the situation with the woman. A lot of women would rather take public transportation - much safer!

Driving is with maturity? Who came up with that shet? Driving is an option. Sure, most people prefer it and like to do it, including me, but I don't hold it against those that don't. It's almost safer to not drive for fuks sake. Cheaper too. Heh. If girls are giving you shet for not wanting to drive or be in cars or whatever, they're being materialistic and that's just annoying itself.

Your not gonna find a "in" girl that will understand this but there is someone for everyone and this will not bother someone if they like you enough ... good luck
