Female babies are more attached to their parents... I had this problem and was faced with the dilemma of having to leave my baby for work. Tough isn't it?
You have to expose her to the company of other significant prople, especially to the company of the person who will care for your baby should you decide to leave her for work.
Babies this age must be taught how to trust other people. If she learns how to be comfortable in the company of others, she will adjsut more acceptingly ang leaving her would be a breeze.
Good luck mommy.

Get her used to not being able to see you all the time. You should start by leaving the room for about a minute, but before you go, tell her you'll be coming back. If it helps, talk to her from another room. When you come back, give her a cuddle and say something like 'mommy came back just like she said she would'

Gradually increase the time that you are away from her, but be prepared to hear the tears because she is going to be upset. Just have some tissue ready to mop up your tears too.

It's a phase that all children go through, so know that it will end.
Try not to get too stressed about leaving her because then she'll pick up on your anxiety too.
Once she realises that you still exist even though she can't see you, she'll be fine.

Good luck.

I suggest you slowly stop giving her so much attention.
Spend some time with her, and reassure her that you love her. Tell her "mommy will be right back", and go off for 10 minutes. She may start crying, but DON'T WORRY. Crying is normal, she'll just have to deal with it.
When you come back after about 10 minutes, say "mommy's back!", and prove to her that you love her.
Continue doing this, but everytime, add on a few minutes.
For example, the first time try 10 minutes.
The next, 15 minutes.
The next, 20 minutes.
And so on...

Then you'll be ready by the time you go back to work, and she'll already understand the concept; You can't be there 24/7, but you still love her!

Good luck!

It takes time. if you do not leave the child with a sitter much, you may want to start. The child needs to learn that mommy will be back and everthing is ok. It's sometimes harder on the parent than the child.

Don't spend to much time saying goodbye it just makes it harder on both of you. Just reassure her you will be back . It will get easier for the both of you when you get into a routine.

I had this problem with my son.
Just everytime you leave, say, "mommy will be right back!" and kiss them or hug them.
The might cry for the first few times, but eventually, they learn YOU WILL COME BACK.
