yah..it's because when you first wake up you weigh less because you haven't eaten..and when you go to the bathroom you weigh even less because you got water//poop weight out of your body..but y dinner you can weigh a couple pounds more because all that food is sitting in your body..so go work it off and in the morning you should feel better

Yes. If you weigh yourself throughout the day, the lightest, and truest weight, will be first thing in the morning when you get up. That's why I always check my weight then :)

if u want to be thinner do this :
1- Have a complete meal every morning whith no fat.
2- for other times eat vegetables.
