I have, I was amazed it has happened to me more than once. i put a bottle of nestle water in the fridge and in the morning it looked like it was frozen. so i took it out and opened it. then i touched it cause it was really cloudy compared to ice, and to my amazement it felt like jello or something like that beacause it was rezilliant and squishy.

I have seen water like that, after my mom had open Heart surgery. They diluted with some king of Jello to make it thicker so it did not went to her lungs. It was gross. I have never seen that to happen to a bottle water. You should have call the company and complaint..
