i have big boobs (34d) and i want to know if there is any way to get them smaller without having to have a breast reduction

Lay off any estrogen, especially anything with soy (this tends to make boobs bigger) and if you're on the pill go off of it. Try running a lot more, and wearing clothes that distract attention from your boobs.

Good luck I'm a 34D and i recently bought a bra not even like 3 weeks ago and now it doesn't fit me anymore. i can never find a bra that fits right my boobs pop out of everywhere. I think i still have a long way to go cause I'm only 17 and my boobs are already 34D i guess god just blessed us. i don't think there is any way to get then smaller w/out a breast reduction, but if you find a way tell me. I think there are bras you can buy that reduce the looks of breast size. But the only way you can have your boobs smaller is a breast reduction through surgery.

Bite your tongue girl! What's with that? Are you trying to look more like a guy? It's a blessing to have such nice big breasts. I love breasts sooooo much I only want to go out with girls who have D or bigger. There are men out there who would cherish you because of your breasts. I know you're thinking I don't want guys who like me for my breasts but guess what? It's part of you! If the guy likes you for your eyes, hair, smile, personality or your breasts, that's YOU! God gave you breasts like that for free and there are skinny flat chested women who go through painful surgery to have D cup like yours and not to mention they have to pay so much for them phoney ugly fake boobs ( by the way I hate fake boobs and reduced boobs) One final note: Breasts are the jewels of Femininity. If you don't want them give them to me :-) I'll play with them all the time.

Why do you want them smaller? I'm sorry, I'm an intelligent woman, but I will never understand why women feel they have to change themselves.

dont think so unless you drastically try to lose weight, but that is aperfect size dont know why you would want to reduce them. Most people would kill for those measurements.

Go on a diet, I'm not saying you're fat, but it worked for me!!!

not that i have heard of my mother had to get surgery both boobs weighed 17 lbs a piece !!!gosh!! glad i got little one's and how that happend i dunno
