Me and my guy have been together for a 14 months. We lived together till he went away for the army. I am really lonely and I tell him this all the time. I have a my space account and an old boyfriend contacted me. We chated for a few days remanising about the past. He asked me for drinks and I gave him my number. I thought it was cute after all these years he was trying to find me and has been for the last 5. After giving him my number he called me. I told him that I love my man and that it wasn't a good idea we talk and to not contact me anymore.
Well, my man figured out my password and read all mail in the trash from the last 30 days because it doesn't delete for that long. I explained to him i was stupid for what i did and i was sorry. i know that i was wrong and it will never happen again.
He told me I have to come up with something good to make it up to him for what I did. I have 30 days.
I need help and ideas. Do you have any?

Assure your man that it won't happen again. Don't just tell him or he won't believe it, it has to come from the heart. Explain to him exactly what happened and what you and your ex talked about. Make sure he knows that you didn't try to break the trust between you two, and that you felt there would be no harm done but came to your senses and realized that you must have been crazy to go behind his back knowing that your in love with him. Also if you are in love tell him that you love him and only him and don't want any other man. Oh yea try going out somewhere romantic like dinner and a nice hotel....

you're either really panicked because you are guilty of something - in which case you'd better kiss up to him - or he's over-reacting & you didn't explain yourself very well...communication is key & if you truly didn't do anything wrong then don't apologize for anything. he needs to grow up. you cut off the chit-chat w/ your ex & that's good enough for me. i, on the other hand, have managed to stay very good friends w/ my 3 main ex-boyfriends & that's just something the next guy will have to deal with. just because you're not w/ that person anymore doesn't mean you can't keep in touch.

I'm really surprised that he's still interested in you angel. You are really lucky to have a guy like that and you'd better show it to him from here on out. I would say daily BJs from here on out.
The armed services tells guys that you might as well forget your girlfriends that they're going to be fooling around on you the first chance that they get. It sounds like you proved them right.

look you broke trust...to be honst with the distance and everything i dont know if he'll ever trust you...it's all about communication and hopefully you'll stop being a ho....being a ho is bad especially since faithful men are a rare breed
