how do i get international student for boarding in my house?

It is my wish to board international students, but I don't know how to go about it. Please help me!
I have the accommodation. The rooms are furnished with private bathroom up stairs. I also have a brand new two bedroom apartment in the basement, it has its own laundry, full bathroom, pot-lights and private entrance...furnished.
