well you are not making sense gramatically ...

but basically it means : "To console yourself with one beautyful minute for having had a thousand bitter ones(hard ones)

and to always give your best from the heart, even though there might not be a thank you for that at the end. "

I put it in a way that would be undersatndable in english rather than just trans;ate word for word because then it really wouldnt make sense....

its basically saying use one happy minute to forget about the other 1000 hard ones and always try and give your best from your heart, without expecting a thank you for anything you have done ;)

Hope this helps :)

For a thousand bitter hours consolidate yourself with just one beautiful (hour), give the best with all your heart, even if there is no thank for it.

This is the best that I could make out of this, because there are some spelling mistakes and I don't know what "ud" should be and the "und aus Herz ud konnen" doesn't really make sense to me.

It isn't really correct German... so the following is my best guess:

"To console oneself for a thousand bitter hours with only one woman, who is beautiful, and to always give one's best from one's heart and with one's abilities, even without receiving any gratitude."
