2. Rent a bike at the Fisherman's Wharf, and ride to the Golden Gate Bridge
3. Walk and eat in China/Italy town.
4. Walk and shop at Union Square
5. Take lots of panoramic photos at Coit Tower
(6) Drive or walk on Lombard Street (the curved street); its very close to Coit Tower.
(7) Take a ferry to Alcatraz (make sure to book tickets weeks in advance!!)
Take the cable car when you can. It's a fun experience! Bon voyage! Enjoy your stay.

Much depends on your age, whether you're solo or with husband, or family with kids, whether you're a shopper or an adventurer, a walker or a rider, things like that. There's a lot to do in S.F. depending on one's interest.
I've been there alot and I go about town as a walker, adventuring, not a shopper, taking advantage of spantaneous happenings, following my wife into a newly discovered bakery, etc.
