I have a sony receiver that I would like to get fix. All of the optical input using the optical cable, the sound sometime stop and if you unplug and replug it back in, it works. I have change the optical cable so I know it's not the cable. I also try dvd players with the same result. The receiver is 5 years old and if i can get a cheap fix for it, I would.
