Everything i have read about having a episiotmy and the stitches, say that they disolve after your healed which is about 2 weeks. But if you are worried about it i would contact your doctor.

I never had an episiotomy---but I am guessing your stitches are probably healed by now and don't need some kind of removal. So, you probably are not prone to an infection or more tearing for that matter. I know everyone else has said it---but next time--wait for your post partum check up. Especially with stitches down there.

Talk to your doctor...next time wait the 6 weeks like the doctor says. Also you can risk the chance of getting pregnant again as well...you need to be on birth control or using condoms after having a baby.

You need to contact your doctor. You are not supposed to have sex until your 6 week checkup, and even then, your doctor has to check everything out and say its okay. Next time, listen to your doc :) They know best when it comes to your health!
