I was lying on bed after preparing breakfast. My girlfriend had just left to work. There was nobody home. I was lying on my stomach when all of a sudden I felt someboy movements in my bed, like if somebody was getting on the bed. I felt those movements twice and a very strong pressure on my chest, I felt chills specially on my chest are and I wanted to move but wasn't possible for me. When all this was happening, I heard a strange fast sound like a constricted laughter on my left ear. I started to pray and little by little the event started to disappear.

I have never experienced such events; however one of my close friends' mother faces these every night. My friend finally admitted she does too, but is too frightened to try to talk to the "spirits, ghosts...etc". I guess it runs in their family because her sister experiences these things also. If you don't want them to occur again I think you did good by praying. It might not be a bad idea to have a cross in your room somewhere and if you are catholic to keep a rosary by your bed. I wear a rosary around my wrist while I sleep, it helps to make me feel safe. Good luck and God bless.

sounds like you were visited by a succubus. It is a spirit that comes and tries to have sex with a man. An incubus is a spirit that tries to have sex with a woman. both can be very suductive. You should look these up on line and learn about them. it may happen again.

Do you think it is possible you had started to fall asleep again just before the experience? It may be an instance of sleep paralysis.

Yes, I am very interested in the paranormal and an avid ghosthunter.........It was probably someone checking on you to be assured that everything is going alright with you........Never fear, that person probably didn't even realize that you were laying there and wanted to lie down themselves for a bit...........

your spiritual awareness must have been a little keener at that time, and there was another spirit in the room, that's all. Doesn't sound like a friendly spirit, though
