All you can really do is eat portained meals. And not to lay down after you eat.Your food needs to go down.It stays down if you lay down right away.LOL But also drink fruit drinks. No cokes, fill your body up with water,,juice and eat smaller things.Like I always eat the #5 at whataburger. Now I get the #7.Because it's small.I drink a lot of lemonades. Please don't get diet pills.Trust me i know it's hard because my parents are the same way.Just do what I said it's will be ok, and it really helped.

I used to have a similar problem. If you can get your own healthy snacks that are similar, that is one way. For example, you can get fugde pops with low/no sugar and fat. They are 35 tp 40 calories each. Also, try to eat several smaller meal throughout the day - ever 2.5-3 hours or so. This will help lessen cravings for those foods. Another method is to take a cognitive approach - ask yourself - before you go for the junk food - 'do I REALLY want this, or would I rather lose weight, and feel and look better". It's a little more difficult, but if you think about what eating healthy and exercising will do for the way you look and feel, it will become a good habit to help you from cheating.

If you really want to do something you'll do it! Nothing should get in your way. There are lot's of other snacks and deserts you can make with healthy foods that are very good. Just look on the internet!! Goodluck!

P.S.
If you havnt already asked your parents to just stop buying the junk so your not tempted or even cutting back little, i think thats a great idea. If they wont support you then maybe they need the help. Your more important than JUNK FOOD!

Your parents aren't stuffing a funnel into your mouth and force feeding you the stuff. The same goes for all the fast food chains out there. They don't make people fat. People eating their items does.

Some faceless people on the internet isn't going to help you resist. Counselors and dietitians aren't going to make you lose weight. It all rely on you. Either you will get sick of being a tub of goo and stop eating the stuff and actually start doing something about it. Instead of sitting behind a computer get out and get some exercise.

Give yourself some reasons to lose the weight. Look at your fat self in the mirror. Notice how the extra weight can effect your health. You just got to draw the line some where and take that first step. The reasons can be endless. Opposite sex, clothing, or just being sick of people looking at you funny because your a bucket of lard.

Maybe a little hard on you. But I was in the same boat as you. I was over 340# till I got off my but & did something about it. I lost and kept off over 180# for twenty plus years now. So I do have a idea on where your coming from.

It's not a easy task... But things that are worth while are worth the effort.

1. Ask parents to put it up away from you.

2. Use the junk food as a reward. One chunk of junk a week is not a problem in an otherwise OK diet and lifestyle.

3. Find alternatives you like as well- frozen fruit bars instead of ice cream. Healthy cookies or bars instead of cakes and Twinkies. Popcorn or frozen grapes instead of potato chips or candy...

4. Drink a lot. Use flavored sparkling water to temporarily appease the snack craving, and use water, milk, juice, tea, etc. to help feel fuller.

5. Fill up on a mix of veggies (and a healthy dip if needed), popcorn, and fresh fruit to crunch the cravings.

Tell your parents what you want to do. If they aren't willing to help you, then get a job and start buying healthy foods like salads, fruits, and veggies. If your not old enough to have a job, then do research on how unhealthy junk food is, then show your parents. I'm sure either way, they will help you with your goal.

I cant imagine that your parents only buy junk food. Eat what you know is healthy. Veggies and fruits, chicken with no skin, tuna, skim milk, unsweetened cereals. And ask them to buy some things just for you. I think they will do that for you if you ask.

Also move around more to get more exercise. That means get UP and away from the computer! :)

Hi
I really appreciate the fact that you are set in loosing weight ,try talking to your parents about your plan and ask them to work with you also incorporate this into your daily routine so here goes,
If you are serious about losing weight, the calories in the food you eat should be less than the energy you use. You will have to increase your metabolic rate now, and plan your diet carefully.
Formulate your own weight loss plan and you will lose weight faster. More details available at http://tinyurl.com/m7ckx

Maybe you could go to the grocery store with them and get them to buy healtier foods like fruits and vegetables for your snacks. Or if you can't go with them, try telling them you' d like to start eatting healthier, but it's hard to do that with a bunch of junk food in the house. They can't refuse to let you start eatting healthier, can they?
