You can, how they are going to taste once thawed out is questionable though

I tried freezing not stuffed mushrooms once and didn't have much luck with it. You could try freezing one mushroom overnight and then try it to see how it is. There is a website called nancyskitchen@yahoo.com that is a free recipe exchange website. The members there will answer any question that you have. You can be sure that many of the members on that site will know the answer to your question.

The mushrooms may come out of the freezer like cork or slime if they're raw. A better idea would be to make the stuffed mushrooms, partially bake them, and then freeze them. Then you won't run the risk of problems because of the extreme moisture content in mushrooms.

Yes you can freeze just about any food. How it tastes though may be a different story but it should taste good. Also how long it is kept frozen may also affect the taste a bit too. But, unless you can't eat them right away better to freeze them than throw them away. Waste not, want not they always say.

You need to precook mushrooms before freezing. You can either steam them or saute in butter or oil. They are best if you use lemon juice on them to prevent them from becoming dark. Soak in mixture of a tsp. lemon juice to a pint of water. Then steam for 5 minutes, place in cold water, then drain well before freezing.
If you wish to saute, then saute in oil until tender, before freezing.

yes, but the mushroom itself will get stringy and tough. The filling will be fine though

Depends on what it is stuffed with. You probably can but they might not be so good the next time around. Rather soggy.
