It means:

For sure, my n**** Iacocca. This is from a chrysler commercial and lacocca is the last name of Lee Lacocca who stared with snoop dogg in the commercial. I am positive this is the correct translation. I got my information from two sites....

Fo Shizzle = For sure
My Nizzle = My ***'ga
I-Ka Zizzle = I have no clue.

Get a slang dictionary because my whole translation may be wrong. I'm just guessing.

it's a ****** gay thing that was made up by the current rap artists because they ran out of decent things to say... and i'm a hip hop rap artist myself. They just start making up stupid *** words that don't mean sh*t just so that people in america & the world can copy that and they sell their cd... The music industry needs trends to survive, and thats one of them.. Techniquly Fo Shizzle means "no doubt" or "your right" anything in that type of nature...

"For certain", or "For sure"

And this is the perfect category for your question.

For example:
"Do you want to go to the movies?"
"fo shizzle my nizzle i-ka zizzle!"

I don't know if it is even English or not
I do not get why proper words are not cool, because half of what I hear today, I do not get it.
