Dude - this is a common thing for guys of your age, who are in college. No matter how hard you try, your testosterone is going to win over every other enzyme produced in the body. This is not unusual. I wouldn't discourage you from watching **** or anything, but yes, would like to tell you that you should respect a woman's body.
When you are not watching ****, don't let sexual thoughts creep into your mind. In case they do, think of an elderly woman in your family. That is sure to make those thoughts go away.
Just keep in mind that this is absolutely normal and you are not a sex addict in any way. Take life easy! Just remember what I said - RESPECT.

Go to your local Sexual Addiction Anonymous chapter meeting. See the range of men and their compulsions. You will get a gripping account of where this behaviour can lead, while also getting comfort from the fact that you aren't there yet and you can learn to change your behaviour so you don't ever get "there". It's a scared straight technique. But I swear it works. I know a good man who had a reality check this way and it changed his life. While everyone at times is drawn to pornography and the like, when it begins to control your life you know you must arrest this problem before it leads you to an unfortunate end.

First your strong resolve itself is a positive point. It will help you. Second you can replace this desire only with another strong desire - select an activity which you like as much as sex. Spend time in that. Try to look at the negatives of sex (feelings). Spend time with your girl friend as it will help you to check your feelings. We all develop an equation with every other which helps us to moderate our feelings infront of them. In your case it is your gf. Feel that you are improving. Dont ger anxious. it is quite natural and harmonal effect only

Lots of people are like this... Try to limited it slowly.. almost like trying to stop smoking.

Ever see that movie where the guy pledges abstinance for lent? Do that for like 2 weeks, you will be amazed at how much you get done.

There are several support groups for such a problem. Sex addicts Anonymous, Sex and Love Addicts Annonymous, etc. Call someone.

you need to find another way of entertainment. The more busy you are, the less youll think about sex.

or what you can try, which works for me when i have one of thise days.. do it until you tire yourself out..

then you wont want more.

I would tell your girlfriend. If you guys are really meant for each other, she'll help you out in whatever way she can.
