you mean carry-ons are still allowed?
yes they are still allowed. You are usually allowed to carry on one suit case plus one smaller item (eg: laptop, smaller suitcase, etc.)
No metal or sharp objects (knives, sciccors, etc.) and because of what is happening with the explosives in the UK, they may not allow water, soda, or other liquids.
No more colognes, perfumes, body spray, shampoo, mascara, etc.

in the states yes, just remove all liquids, i heard something this morning about stick deoderants being allowed again, but it was in passing, your airport's website would have specific information.

it's not really that bad though.

In Great Britian you are not allowed to have carry-on luggage on planes....
