I got my hair done last Wednesday. I got it cut, all over colored and highlighted. The girl rushed through because she was running behind and now I see a big spot in the back that I just hate!!! Is it ok to go back and ask her to fix it? Do you think she will charge me? I just want this big blond hunk dyed brown. Is it ok to ask her to fix it?

Absolutely go back. If she was going to be so rushed, she should have had someone else help you. And don't let them charge you.

You call prior to going to the salon and ask for the girl who did your hair. When she remembers who you are tell her you have a place in the back of your head you feel isn't looking right and ask when she will have time to fix it. Before hanging up ask if she will charge if she says yes tell her why you feel you shouldn't be charged. Nine times out of ten if you are polite and to the point you can get a prob like this fixed.

I don't think there is anything wrong with that. If her reputation as a stylist means anything to her she will fix it .I usually don't charge if I have to fix anything but she may charge you some. tell her up front what you want and that you may pay for her product but I wouldn't pay full price. You can call the salon and talk to her first see how she plans to resolve the problem. If you don't get it resolved maybe talk to her boss. Make sure to at least call her and tell her there is a problem STAND FIRM!!

Of course-phone her first, mention all the good points of your
first visit, and then the problem you have seen now.

It is fine to question if there will be a charge for this additional
service, also stating you have been struggling with this since
the first visit.

A good hair stylist will do this for free, her reputation is at stake
also a good client, and word of mouth regarding her services is
very important.

good luck

I would definately go back. you paid I know a lot of money for a job and when it comes to a womans hair its important for it to look the way you want. Go back and demand in a nice manner that you want that spot touched up. You are the customer and remember, they are always right.

You should definitely go back and get it fixed and they SHOULD NOT CHARGE YOU!! They made the mistake of doing a bad job and they should fix it at no charge.

it's most definately okay to ask her to redue it. you payed good money for her to do a good job, so you should get the hair you paid for. not some big hunk of hair you don't like.

my hairdresser doesn't charge anything if you go back because you don't like something she did.

If you think she hasn't done her job properly go back and ask her to fix it. But do not raise hell - be polite and explain how you feel about that.
