some are shy and others are talkative. also, it depends on how nervous she is.

Well here can be many different reasons why. Some talkative girls/women are usually more outgoing than others (or they are so nervous talking with guys that they seem to ramble). Other girls who are quiet don't really talk much because they are really shy. Sometimes its difficult to talk to the opposite sex.

i know for me if i like a guy i get nervous and shy so finding things to talk about can be a bit if a challenge. however if i don't like a guy or have feelings for them then i'll stand there and talk al leg off of them.
