If you put them in air tight container they are good for at least a week. I would frost them the day before and refrigerate again to harden the frosting. Do your cheese cake when you have time only for it. it is a much lengthlyer receipe and you want to just consintrate on it. You can also make your frosting a head of time and let it set to room temperature before using, it will harden again in the frig after your done.

The cheesecake needs to sit at least one night, so make that first. The cupcakes will sell and taste better fresh, however if you store them in an airtight container they will keep several days. If you ice them you can put them in the refrigerator. The container store sells cupcake holders which are really cool.

the cupcakes will be fine for a few days, just cover tham so they don't dry out. Do the cheesecake last, it will be the most affected by time

I would do the cheesecakes first, they need to be in the fridge after you cook them anyway. The cup cakes would be next, cook them, then frost right before you leave for the sale..

as long as you keep them in an air tight container they will be fine. The cheesecake should be done last....because the shelf time for it is short and it requires refrigeration.

I'd say cupcakes keep about 4-7 days.

In the time span you are talking about make you cupcakes first. Just make sure they are completely cool before covering them, otherwise, they will mold on the bottom.

I don't think it really matters in that time frame. Just wrap everthing well (after it is cool). Everything should be fresh for the sale.
