It happened number of times, I see a very interesting, good looking girl, but she's with her mom, how can I approach her? Any ideas?

Introduce yourself to the girl and her mom. Only real men do it this days. Mom's want to know what type of guys are approaching towards their daughters.

I would stay well away from that minefield.
Don't know your age but say if you are >18 and start hitting on mummies little princess right in front of her and say she turns out to be 15 (can never tell ages these days!) it's just going to make you look totally stupid.
Try and meet girls when they are out with friends in cinemas, pubs etc ...
Well only what I think there's no way I'd approach anyone like that you could even end up getting hit by an angry Dad, lol.
If you really want to persist get a cute Dog or something girls love that, walk it past her and see if she acknowledges you :) That seems like a lot of effort though!

lol u just go up to her and start a conversation but make sure you be nice and respectful hold a conversation wit her mom first then work your way over to the girl.

Just go up to her and her mom and intraduce yourself to the girl and the mom and just star talking to them and maybe the mom will go away evantually.
