I've had 4 boyfriends in the past but never dumped or got dumped. We just simply stopped talking to each other. Does this have a reflection on me (if so what?), or is it just fate leaving the doors open for the future?

I do not think it is fate leaving the door open because from what you just stated you no longer are seeing them so the door is shut. The reflection I see is that you just do not like to end the relationship. You are more comfortable just letting be. That is just fine. A lot of people do not like to say goodbye to one another because it seems so final, maybe that is you too.
