15 kilos? Wow. 15 pounds would be a great accomplishment.

1. Eat three small meals (don't EVER skip on breakfast) and a couple of healthy snacks. Anything high in fiber; fruits, veggies, beans, extra lean meats all good. Don't you dare eat bread for these two weeks. Avoid eating after 7 o'clock or so.

2. Drink water and green tea only, and a lot of it. No diet sodas (too much sodium). Do not sweeten the green tea with sugar. The tea burns fat all by itself.

3. Go buy some Kefir and drink at least 2 servings a day. It's a delicious yogurt like drink that has a ton of live and active cultures that eat fat (it also keeps things moving thru--digestion).

3. Stay relaxed. Stress contributes to the body holding on to fat. One way to relax is to--

4. Stretch or do yoga.

5. Do resistance training (i.e. weights). Your new-found muscles boost your metabolism and actually burn fat for you. Don't forget to walk a ton. You should sweat 30-45 minutes per day, 4 days a week (so 8 times in the 2 week period).

5. Go to the restroom regularly. This one important, and you really have to keep things moving. Everything I mentioned above will help in this regard.

If you follow everything above to the letter you ought to lose several kilos. You can do it for just two weeks, right?

Mayo Clinic Diet, or liposuction.
They both work, but none of them is good for your health.
With Mayo Clinic Diet, you'll suffer cuz of hunger and of lack of energy. You'll feel very powerless almost the whole time (it takes 13 days). But yeah, you'll lose weight from 5 -15 kilos. It's different on each person.
With liposuction, it costs a lot of money, and you'll suffer for 3 - 6 months because of the pain.
And also, losing weight more than 3 kilos a week is not good for you psychically and psychologically. Most of the people who have done this, got a yo-yo effect (they gained more weight than before).
So my advice is, juz take it slow. Reduce your meals slowly and do more exercise. You'll lose your weight slowly until you reach the weight you want, and you won't gain weight again! ;-)

Manage the portions of food. Eat less more frequently. If you're eating until your full, you've already eat'n too much. It takes about 15 minutes for your stomach to tell you're brain that it's full. By the time you feel full, it's too late. Drink about 1 liter of water before every meal. That will trick your stomach into thinking that food has already been consumed and it will also aid in the digestion process.

That's a lot of weight to lose really quickly. I wouldn't try that, you can get really sick, damage your muscles, and have lots of serious consequences. Pick a more reasonable goal, make a plan, and stick to it.

exercise 3 times a day. run, lift weights, swim, play a sprot you like and eat healthy and to loose that much wieght in such a short time, NO JUNK FOOD!
