Hi are you looking for a job in the call centres?I've many friends who work in the call centres.You need to be fluent in English if you want a job in that field.Call centre is a service a company provides to help its customers and to promote their products.Call Centre job will be easy for you if you are fluent in English but that job has no prospects and also your work experience won't get added.So cerebrate before you enter into that job.Good luck buddy.
