try air Kenya.internet..or air zimbabwe .and change at Niarobia..if you are back packing get a bus from there!absolutely terrible ,but will safe you money..South african Airways used to stop there ..not sure any more ...I lived in africa so cant really remember the cheap flights....but if you have time the cheapist is to get to Niarobia..then catch a lift to mombasa...have a nice time I envy you!
try KLM.cheap fare to nairobi £393..you may get a cheap flight from there or go by bus ...onto Mombasa
