First, stop buying all the junk. Next, stock up on the 100 calorie snacks that they have out now. They have everything!! And they are good! Next, work your butt off...literally. I have lost 7 pounds in the last 5 weeks just by making sure that I am burning 3500 calories a week. I know that it is hard to stay away from junk food, but someone once told me nothing tastes as good as looking good feels. Good luck. Oh and also, you might try starting a membership at www.my-calorie-counter.com. It is a journal for food and activity and it is very easy. You don't have to put in the calories. Just type in the food or activity, select the one that best fits what you're looking for, add it, and it puts the calories and other nutritional info in for you. Very, very easy. I have been doing it every day since April. Good luck!!!!

Eat healthy things instead of the junk. Anytime you want to eat junk food work out. That way you will either end up working out more and losing weight, or not eating the fattening stuff!

Clean house, get rid of all that fattening food and only buy healthy food from now on. Put a bathroom scale in front of your fridge. as a deterrent, Post reminder notes and fat pictures of your self anywhere you keep food. Join a weight group for some support. Get family members on board to help you. Pick up some new hobbies to keep your mind and body busy. Good luck!!!

Hmmm.. i totally understand.
The thing with junk food is that... you know its there and when you feel like you have nothing better to do you'd go to the refrigerator or where ever it is to take one of it and munch on it. am i rite?
I have the exact same problem.
One thing you can do is to constantly keep yourself distracted.
Junk food is like smoking. It can be an addiction. lol.
Its never easy to quit an addiction. But then again, nothing is impossible.
And if you feel like treating yourself. Once in a while is fine.. and i shall definitely define once in a while.. like.. one a mth? but definitely not every hour.. hahahaha..

Well, you cant get away from food, you have to eat. But you're eating the wrong stuff. Snack on veggies and fruits instead of cakes and chips or the like. And also, watch the portions that you eat. Only eat meat the size of the palm of your hand, and don't eat too many starches, either. Limit your fatty and sweet foods and excercise about 5-15 minutes per day. This should help.

The first step to success is for you to clean out your cupboards of all the fatty and junk food.
The next step is to determine how much you want to lose and how. I would suggest you stay away from fad diets.
The key to weight loss is to move more than you eat. There are plenty of sites that can help you determine your ideal weight and you can also pick a plan - low fat, low calorie, high protein, etc.
Not knowing you, I don't know which direction to point you in.
Best of luck!

The mind is a powerful thing. To say the words "I CAN'T" is self defeatist and you WONT be able to do it. Turn that negative into a possitive and say I CAN and I WILL do it. Ask yourself how badly you want to lose the weight. Take a picture of yourself and put it on the refrigerator and the cabinets that store these items that you wont resist.

I have the same problem. It is easy for the others say 'throw out the bad', buy my Wife buys this stuff!
The real ansere is to get some exercise, and decide that you really want to eat better. Put it in writing ( an acceptable diet ) and follow it. I use Atkins sort of, just reduce carbs, and fat, and increase protiens.

IF you really want to lose weight, here is a method that has never failed with anyone I have given it to. Do you like raisen bran? IF so, stock up on it. You can eat ALL the raisen bran you want with 2% mile...morning, noon, and night...but that is ALL you can eat...as much as you want, eat, eat , eat...you will lose weight. As much as 10 pounds in 2 weeks. There is never a reason to be hungry, but all you can eat is raisen bran. AFter the 1st 2-3 weeks, slow down on the wieght loss to about 3-5 pounds per week..it will happen automatically with most. Good luck
