I am 5'4.5" and I weigh 127 lbs. For the Ms. Fitness comp. I need to get down to 117lbs then I need to gain muscle to get to 125 lbs. Can't afford personal trainer, how do I do this? I already have exercise plan in place but would welcome yours, I eat around 1000 - 1300 calories a day. Help me please, I have to be at this weight by November 5, 2006.
