I would go to a pet store and ask for some quality nail clippers. We bought some cheap ones and they ended up splitting our dogs nails because it would not do a clean cut. I'd spend more for some good ones. Also, if your dog has black nails then be sure to check with vet on how to trim so don't cut too short. They could bleed and it would be painful.

Go to any pet store, and there's a REALLY high chance they have one. Look for a good one though, cause bad ones make it harder to cut your dog's nails. If you can't cut your dog's nails though, you could just take your dog to the groomers to do it. We have a nail cutter for my beagle, and we can't use it cause she escapes and tries to bite and scratch us, so we let her do that to the groomers. lol. they get payed, and our dog gets her nails cut. good deal

At any pet store. There are a couple different types. I prefer the scissor type to the guillotine type.
