i mean by this generation and modern times cant a women be more aggressive and be the first one to make a move to the guy she likes especially is the guy is a little shy?

She can, but it doesn't always work. Some guys don't like aggressive women. It makes them feel like a toy. Other guys will not take an aggressive woman seriously as a potential wife. Call it the slvt factor associated with woman who are aggressive.
The traditional approach, a man asking out a woman, is traditional for a reason. That's how most couples get together. That's why woman have developed subtle ways of telling a guy that they are interested in him. Most guys like to think it was their idea, even though, the woman really was the aggressor.

For me, I love it when a female is coming after me. I believe us males have always chased after all you ladies, it's time for a change. When I say a change I think a change on all the aspects...well....except, we can not have a baby but, other than that, we should do a flip so that we can have a better understanding on how you all operate and make the relationships better if we understand you all more and you all understand us more adn bettter.
