Check out SKF.com for some good information.

If you are looking for printed stuff most of the really good information is very hard to find anymore. Many years ago SKF gave a class on bearings and they gave out a booklet called "SKF Engineering Data". This one has a lot of good information in it.

The other one, which is by far the most highly rated bearing publication I have every come across, is "Rolling Bearing Analysis" by Tedric A Harris. Harris used to work for SKF and this book was published during his time there. It can still be found at some book sellers, including Amazon I believe, but it is rather pricey.
