Excuse me, you have this very wrong, age of consent for all races is 16 in the United States if you are over the age of 18 and have sex with a child under the age of 16 you can be charged with statuatory rape. So if you think that racially the age of consent is lower, you are wrong. It does not matter what race a person is, they are still a person in the eyes of the law (and most people's eyes) and you would not fair well.

The age of consent depends on where you live. In canada and the states, it's 14 years. That means that it's technically illegal for a person younger than that to agree to have sex. I doubt ethnicity matters in any country.

I think in alot of states it is 15 for legal contracts and 18 for marriage and in some states 21 for drinking.
