I could not bring up any picture, but your problem is not an unusual one. It would help if you would give your weight and height. For instance if you were five feet tall and weighed more than 160 pounds you may be considered too fat, unless of course you were very muscular. Above all, do not stop working out. Your health is more important than some flighty female, who obviously does not see you as the spiritual entity you are.
I am sure that if you keep working out, especially doing the best exercise, (Swimming), you will meet a much more understanding partner down the line. Forget about the shallow ones, who only see your body. There is more to you than just that.
Don't forget that your mind also needs exercise to keep fit.

If that's really your photo you look great to me. I'd leave a bit of the bodybuilding out though. Maybe that's what your ex didn't like. Stop working out but don't stop exercising, otherwise you'll just go flabby.

your ex was obviosly blind.....thank god she is your ex, and maybe next time, instead of going for shallow women, you may want to try ones that are more down to earth.
