Instead of telling your parents and giving them heartache, why don't you and sis stop playing hide the hot dog? We all take for granted that what you guys are doing is not right by society standards, but If she ever gets prego there are very tough choices to make that will impact the both of you for a life time.

man... you have a serious dilemma!!! I suggest that you tell your parents, and have them put you into counseling. There are things that aren't done for a reason... incest being one of them because of genetic abnormalities of offspring. Check the Internet about genetic problems during incest... you will find all you need to know. Sex is a joy, I know, but there are purposes to sex that need to be thought of with a great deal of caution before engaging in sexual intercourse. If this is a blood relation, stop. You may think to yourself that you aren't doing it to make a baby, but one slip, and you could have a child who you cannot care for, not only because of your age, but because of the special needs this child may have! You're playing with fire as we speak... you need to be more mature than that! (not only that, but your sister could be put into jail for statutory rape and incest!!!)

Do you know what? You need psychiatric assessement for two reasons.
1. For having an incestous relationship
2. For asking about disclosing to the parents.
Then you will need psychiatric treatment, both of you , you and your sister.
