Just put 630g of brisket beef in oven & label got stuck to tin, as soon as i'd realised & pulled it out oven the label was not readable. All i know is that it weighed 630g & need to know temp & how long it should be in for! Any1 help? x

it take about 2 hours on gas mark 4-5. u know when it done when u stick a fork in the middle and no blood comes out ok.

dont know kgs but 20 mins a pound and then 20 mins extra, best done in foil for first hour then remove foil for last half hour

you are best to leave it in all night!!! low temperature overnight... lovely! if you dont have that long... do it on 180 for 3 hrs...
