Chances are good that at this point your muscles are growing - and muscle weighs more than fat for the same volume.

Lots of people notice a zero-pound loss or even a weight gain when they begin a workout program.

As it stands, my guess would be that you're doing everything right. Make sure you do at least 30 minutes of cardio a day when you exercise. As you get stronger, add time and resistance.

The pounds will eventually drop, and even if they don't, you'll lose inches, which I imagine is what you're really looking for.

Well.. cutting all dairy and any pre processed foods out of your diet can help.. No red meat or fruit juices.. But all the greens you want. And drink at least 100 oz of water a day...Oh no salt..or sugar.

all of these changes make a different the weight melts off.

You can throw up everything you eat, buy laxatives, eat ice for dinner, lettuce for breakfast, fruit for lunch, run 5 miles a day, and don't eat any solid food. Youll be emaciated in no time!

Okay, kidding. Cut down on the carbs (bread, sweets, sugar drinks, juice, soda) drink water, main dish no more than 4 ounces, no fast food. See results in 4 weeks.
