Chances are good that at this point your muscles are growing - and muscle weighs more than fat for the same volume.
Lots of people notice a zero-pound loss or even a weight gain when they begin a workout program.
As it stands, my guess would be that you're doing everything right. Make sure you do at least 30 minutes of cardio a day when you exercise. As you get stronger, add time and resistance.
The pounds will eventually drop, and even if they don't, you'll lose inches, which I imagine is what you're really looking for.

Well.. cutting all dairy and any pre processed foods out of your diet can help.. No red meat or fruit juices.. But all the greens you want. And drink at least 100 oz of water a day...Oh no salt..or sugar.
all of these changes make a different the weight melts off.

Maybe drink more water. Try different exercises. And really watch your diet. No fast foods low carbs and sugar, low fat too.

as your building muscle it might say on the scales that you arent loosing weight...but you are in fact loosing fat...dont make it a daily thing weighin yourself... you'll be able to tell by your clothes so keep excercising and eating healthily
