I have heard of banishment and I have read about protection against her but is there no way to turn her evil back on her? That way I am not instigating the bad vibe I am merely returning what is hers.... Get it?

It is not yours to return. She is sowing her seeds honey, don't worry about that. Rememeber, she ultimately poisons herself. Focus your energies on strengthening your own core. This will help sheild you from such energetic attacks. Try doing some mirror work as well, it has helped me in the past. I like to visualize the negativity bouncing back and away, dissapating in the air and becoming neutral. Affirmations are helpful in these situations as well. Trust that her actions are creating their own effect within her spirit, and that the best action you can take is to reaffirm the positive in your thoughts and actions. That is the energy we want to feed. Reinforce what you want to see.

Turn your back on her figuratively and literally: she no longer exists as she used to be. Start by associating her with one special symbol of something harmless, stupid or funny. Examples -- A cartoon character like the Tasmanian Devil, or Oprah Winfrey when she was fat, or a flasher without clothes and without teeth. Whatever your imagination deems best, go with that. Then every time the thought of her crosses your mind, immediately replace it with that funny symbol and smile. Literally shrug the thought of her off with a shrug, or push her away with your a gesture of your hands. Transform her into a joke of no importance until she becomes so trivial you won't think of her at all.
The only thing giving her "power" is your taking her seriously, so put an end to that in whatever way works best for you.
