You know I was gonna answer your ?? and went to the book shelf to go get it and low and behold it's done disappeared. Hmmm. As so with many of my health books. It certainly appears I must move my book shelf into the office and out of the guest bedroom hey? Sorry 'bout that. That is a very interesting book to say the least. Describes what a person should consume in accordance with his or her blood type and how the blood types have evolved.
