The absolute best product for curls is perfect curls by LA COUPE. This leaves curls soft and bouncy, without making them greasy. You do know enough to do all your styling while your hair is wet, and not to TOUCH your curls with anything once they're dry?!

I have perm curls. I like soft curls too, so I use Hair Cream for Curly Hair. A lot of brands do Hair Cream for curly hair, for example, Patene.
You'll need to use it on damp hair (not dripping), otherwise not effective. It will make some of your strand of curls hard. The wetter your hair, the harder the strand. The look of the hair will be soft, although you can feel hard for some curls because it's not a dramatic crunchy curly hair, which you don't want. Make sure you apply the cream on all strands of curls well and leave your hair after applying. Your hair will look more natural when it's completely dry.
You can have a try. It's not that expensive.

When your hair is damp take sections of your hair and twist round you finger then when it's dry run your fingers through your hair and you will have a soft bouncy curl, finish of with some hair spray to hold it in place!

this is a really good tip, I'm a hairdresser and in our salon we sometimes wash the hair and rough dry it off so it is damp. using serum i twist sections of the curly hair around my finger and leave twisted until dry, then run your fingers through the hair this will create bouncy glossy curls.
