Yeap.
Kalki Bhagavan is supposed to be the final form of Lord Vishnu(LV).LV when speaking about the justice thats present on the Earth tells that Kalki will be his final form and that will be taken when the world will have uncontrollable injustice and the people are suffering to the most. Then he will take the form of Kalki and will destroy the people who are into corruption, tormenting innocent people.Lord Vishnu has taken different forms until now in order to restore peace on Earth in the 3 yugas until now.

I do. He is a Hindu God who is suppose to incarnate in Kali Yuga, which is this Yuga. Yuga is like a number of years, but it varies. Kali Yuga is supposed to last for 432,000 years. By the end of this Yuga, all the people living will stop worshipping the Hindu Lord Vishnu (Not even one person will utter His name). So, He will reincarnate as Kalki and end this whole Mahayuga (consisting of 4 Yugas and is the span of 4320000 years) and begin another one. Then another Mahayuga will start.

kALKI is final avatar of lord vishnu - THE PROTECTOR OF GOOD , according to hindu mythology it a strong belief that kalki takes birth in this planet in this KALIYUG( time after death od lord krishna say around 3000BC) Kaliyug is the age of deciet , wars & peaceless world full of attrocities. its the time he(god- supreme being) will reincarnate himself as kalki and save this world from pain & troubles. BUT THERE STRONG BELIEF IN HINDU MYTHOLOGY THAT EVERY HUMAN WHO CAN REALISE GOD IN EVERY ONE IS ALREADY ONE WITH GOD, that means you too are a god( take in the right perspective) , a goldly person.
BASED ON THIS FACT MANY UNSCRUPULOUS HOLY MEN HAVE CLAIMING THEM AS GOD, as U see many cases shown in the media.
U ARE A KALKI YOURSELF IF YOU LIVE A LIFE FOR THE UPLIFTMENT OF THE POOR AND THE NEEDY SELFLESSLY.
