Just wondering because iam not that agressive at all...I seem to let people take over...Why are people like that?

Because it can be fun to let the other person take you. Just like some people enjoy the hunt, some enjoy being the hunted.

A lot depends on how you were brought up. If you were in a household where the man is in charge all the time, then you will allow your mate to be in charge...thats what you have learned.
I also think that confidence has something to do with...If you are confident in what is going on in any situation...you feel safe to put yourself out there.
I have no problem being an aggressor in the bedroom, but I also have times I want to be more submissive.

i am the same way, like i want to be the sassy and strong women that can make a guy do everything i want but it's hard, you know i guess it all revolves around emotion and someones personality and passive in-stinks

i like for the men to be in control that's just me am more lead back like your self i guess you just enjoy them being more bold then you
