This is so simple children can help.

Fry your chicken breast on both sides till lightly brown in olive oil.
Add a can of cream of chicken soup on top. Let it cook on low for about 15 min's. While that is cooking make a box of Stove Top Stuffing mix according to directions. Put your stuffing on your plate and put your chicken breast on top adding the "gravy" on top of it all.

I just made this last night for supper......I call it my Chicken, Ham roll up bake. You need to start this the day before, but it's well worth it. I've even made it up in advance and frozen it in the freezer until the night before, then thawed it in the refridgerator.

Here's what you'll need:
Boneless chicken breasts...........1 for each person
Honey baked ham slices..........2 sandwich slices per person
1 can Cheese soup
1 can Cream of Celery soup
1 can Cream of Chicken soup

Pound out chicken breast as flat as you can, place ham slices, usually two onto of chicken breast. Roll up and place in baking dish......I use a 9X13 glass pan. Combine all soups in a bowl and mix in one can of water. You can omit water for creamer sauce. Cover and set in refridgerator overnight. Bake in 400 degree oven for 1 hour, baking uncovered or until chicken is thoroughly cooked.
Enjoy.............

Chicken breasts can get so boring sometimes. I've tried so many diffferent things but here's one my family really likes using Stove Top Stuffing. You just dip your chicken in beaten eggs and roll it in the stuffing mix and bake it covered with foil @ 350 for about 30-40 minutes. One box usually breads 5 breasts. I serve it with mashed potatoes, veggies and cranberry sauce. It's quick and easy for when you're craving Thanksgiving dinner.

if it's boneless chicken you can cut it into 1" pieces, season with a little onion & garlic powder, some salt & pepper, about 1 table spoon of soy sause, put in frying pan and cook. make penne pasta, 1 jar of Barrila alfrado sause, and steamed broccoli ( I use the frozen steam fresh by birds eye)

I take mine and marinate in italian dressing (overnight if possible) then grill. Pretty simple and the italian dressing adds good flavor and helps keep it moist.
